The sales experience was great and Hector was fantastic. The process was very fast and smooth and I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. Financing was fast and the terms were agreeable. The only issue I had was the car was not tinted and it should have been so I had to drive another 75 miles round trip back to the dealership to get it done and then I had to wait 2.5 hours for the work to be completed. Overall I would recommend this dealership. More

Matt had refused to contact me regarding canceling my extended warranty. I talked to anotjer shady finance guy had me sign cancelation papers but nothing else was filled out.
