My experience at Pat Lobb was overall really great. My salesperson was Abraham and he went to great lengths to locate a hybrid Corolla for me and worked closely with me on the buying process. He was highly knowledgeable about the car, and showed me all the new features as I upgraded. My only disappointment was that he was unable to match a quote that a had received, but I still felt like I got a fair deal. I worked with Faison on financing my new vehicle, and he was very patient and answered all my questions on the process. I’m really enjoying my newly purchased car, and I feel like I got a great value and excellent service throughout the process. More
