Lex made the sale process as easy and painless as possible. We received very clear answers and had the exact vehicle ordered that we wanted. No upselling, no harassment, very straightforward. They even gave add-ons I never asked for... wow. Was probably the best car purchase experience I have done. Lex communicated very clearly throughout the sales process and even after, proactively reached out, and responded to questions with the vehicle. Lex was very accommodating even when I came late with my girlfriend. This is by far the best vehicle I have owned to date (can attest after driving it for several weeks and bringing it on a long road trip). It drives almost as well as my girlfriend's C300 while cruising on the highway! Will bring back family and friends if they are interested in a new Toyota. More
