I purchased a car from here recently and the dealership package sold to me was not completely honored despite multiple attempts of over a month with back and forth communication, THEN finally something was package sold to me was not completely honored despite multiple attempts of over a month with back and forth communication, THEN finally something was done but still not as promised despite management communicated that things will be taken care of. However, that didn’t happen but proceeded to tell me oh maybe the sale guy thought it’s a different model that’s why this package was included as part of the deal. Basically, the dealership misrepresented and sold the vehicle in this manner but wouldn’t attempt to make it right for the customer. I was sold a package that I agreed and worth more but yet I got something less in value. Regardless of big or small in value, but if I’m sold something and something else was delivered is NOT right. I’m deeply disappointed that although management got involved but there was no intention to correct this in the first place…...they wasted my valuable time with just a bunch of LIES and more xx. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership in the past and I’m in the process of shopping for another car, BUT I will NEVER return here for another purchase. More

The service department was very polite and scheduled my service visit for the same day. I was running late for my appointment so I called to let them know i wasnt going to make my appointment on time The service visit for the same day. After I gave them estimated arrival time they immediately reschudle my appointment. They told me my service would take an hour to complete but they were finished in 45 mimutes. Everyone was extremly friendly. I recommend this dealership for service. They definitely belive in customer service. More
