I took my wife’s Sequoia to Cannon this week. He listened to my concerns, made sure the technician was aware of them and got all of my issues resolved. Vehicle was returned to us in a timely man He listened to my concerns, made sure the technician was aware of them and got all of my issues resolved. Vehicle was returned to us in a timely manner and all concerns were resolved. Cannon kept me updated throughout the whole process, and I appreciate that. He always helps me out and has a smile on his face and a genuine personality. Customer service is hit or miss these days. Without mentioning names, there are other advisors and sales people at this dealership that could learn a few things from Cannon. I tell all of my family and friends who service their cars here, to use him. Not sure if they do, but I refer him all the time. Cannon is a valuable asset to the service department and the dealership. I’ll probably always have a Toyota in my posession and I hope that Cannon is there to help me when I need him! More
