I appreciate the services performed on my vehicle. However, I was genuinely shocked that after my routine maintenance appointment on 03/25/26, which cost me $2,095 and included various services, I had However, I was genuinely shocked that after my routine maintenance appointment on 03/25/26, which cost me $2,095 and included various services, I had to return on 05/12/26 due to an issue that wasn't apparent two months earlier. A few weeks ago, my car felt 'off'; experiencing an intermittent jerky sensation between gears and a slight hesitation before accelerating from a red light. Upon bringing it in, I was informed that two valves (recirculation valve and PCV valve) needed replacing. I inquired how this could have been missed during the March maintenance, and after discussing with the technician, I was told there was 'no way' it could have been detected then because these valves are 'hidden components.' If the car didn't feel abnormal in March, they wouldn't have known about the issue. Additionally, I was not provided with a copy of my Multi-Point Inspection in March, so I didn't realize my front brakes also needed replacement. These were also replaced on 05/12/26; bringing the total cost of everything to $1,567. In grand total, I have spent $3,662 on my vehicle in just two months, despite routinely maintaining and caring for it since its purchase in 2020, with only 37k miles on it. Given that the car is only six years old, these amounts feel excessive. My latest service experience has been terrible. I took the vehicle in November 2025 because of an oil leak on the engine and I requested the service that would have fixed the problem but Patrick se I took the vehicle in November 2025 because of an oil leak on the engine and I requested the service that would have fixed the problem but Patrick service did a different repair which was not covered under my warranty unlike the service I had requested. The vehicle would not start in May and I took it to a repair shop and they said the problem is the oil leak that Patrick allegedly fixed back in November/December. I took it back to Patrick's service to complete the repair I had requested back in November and they said they repair was no longer covered under warranty because my warranty expired at the end of December and they don't feel it's their fault that their mechanic did not fix what was wrong with it when I was still under warranty. They said out of their good grace they would do an interim repair that would fix the problem in just a few weeks after my vehicle won't start once again. I'm calling Patrick service to fix the repair that should have fixed back in November I am still waiting for their call back. More
