First off, they recommended that I replace my cabin filter when they supposedly replaced it 5,000 miles ago on the last service. Luckily the manager recognized that it wasnt replaced the last time that filter when they supposedly replaced it 5,000 miles ago on the last service. Luckily the manager recognized that it wasnt replaced the last time that I actually paid for this service to be done. Secondly, they rifled through my trunk to do a recall and left it a complete mess. If I was aware that they were going to do this I would of cleared out the back for them. Lastly, I received a call from the driver stating that he was going to be at my house to drop off my car and would call when he arrived. One hour later I looked in the driveway and my car was sitting there, unlocked, with the keys in plain site for anyone to take for who knows how long. This is not good service in my eyes. I seem to have an issue every time I do service there. If it wasn't part of the buying agreement I wouldn't even bother. More

Recently moved to MA and was looking to purchase a new compact SUV with AWD to handle the New England winters. Shopped between a few dealers by me and I’m glad I happened to find Patrick Mazda. Ran into s compact SUV with AWD to handle the New England winters. Shopped between a few dealers by me and I’m glad I happened to find Patrick Mazda. Ran into some issues that would’ve postponed me getting a new car but Troy and Adam somehow managed to completely work around them and get me into the car I’ve always wanted. They also managed to get me a great deal and dealing them was pleasant overall and they never hesitated to answer any of my questions. Although Chris, the finance manager spoke pretty fast while explaining everything, he also did an excellent job addressing my concerns. Awesome dealership! Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was their location because they share parking with a Chik Fil A that’s always busy but they’ll be opening up a new location soon anyways! More
