At the point of sale they were great to work with! kendall was fantastic. After purchasing the vehicle however it didnt pass inspection because it had not been driven and nav was reset. I was unable to bring the car in for service. John arranged to have the car picked up at my house and return after the service was completed. Always a good experience at Patrick Mazda. New location is spectacular. Easy to get to, much better parking and super easy to get in and out. Waiting area is beautiful and HUGE. Very comfortable.
