The process between time with her, “deal making”, and the finance paperwork took maybe 3 to 4 hours total - which to me was a miracle. Laura is knowledgeable about the cars she works with, and completely up front around cost, rates, etc. i found the entire experience refreshing. I also loved Laura’s sense of humor and we had many laughs along the way. Since I now live in this area, I’d happily purchase from her in the future and refer her to friends nearby. Isaac was great in explaining my options to purchase or lease .Al was excellent as always in explaining the vehicle and various options as well as keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I love my Subaru touring XT for all its safety features and what I call senior aids in driving. The symmetrical all wheel drive is great for New England winters and can't say enough about Subaru's boxer engine and how well it performs. The quality and workmanship of the car itself is excellent and compares well with wagons in that cost twice as much. Paul C. More
