I decided to return to Patrick Subaru even though I have a Subaru dealer much closer to my house. I made that choice because they do a consistently better job performing work on my vehicle. At the other l a Subaru dealer much closer to my house. I made that choice because they do a consistently better job performing work on my vehicle. At the other location, I had to return to have them re enable the Eye Assist and RAB that became disabled after service. The people who greet you and process you in are polite and personable. The mechanics perform the appropriate services and leave my SUV without additional problems that would require a return visit. It is very important to have tasks completed in one visit. I brought my last Subaru there for 8 1/2 years and was very pleased with everyone in the company. Also, the service department employees and the rest rooms are on the same floor as the waiting room so it is easy to access them. I would highly recommend this dealership to purchase a car and for regular servicing appointments. I regret that I do not recall the name of the person who helped me but Randy Robinson's name is on my receipt. So, I hope he is the employee who made it a great experience. Thanks so much. More

She listened to my needs around pricing and budget, and fit me into a car that surprisingly exceeded what I thought I could get - which ended up being a brand new 2023 Outback. The process between time with her, “deal making”, and the finance paperwork took maybe 3 to 4 hours total - which to me was a miracle. Laura is knowledgeable about the cars she works with, and completely up front around cost, rates, etc. i found the entire experience refreshing. I also loved Laura’s sense of humor and we had many laughs along the way. Since I now live in this area, I’d happily purchase from her in the future and refer her to friends nearby.
