Nate was very professional and worked to explain every detail of the car for me. I'm very satisfied with my new Outback Onyx XT which was just in time for our first brutal snowstorm. It had no problem getting out of deep snow, driving on unplowed roads in thick slush or hills during the storm. I am very satisfied with my experience and my new vehicle. The price negotiation process was the only uncomfortable part, when Igor missed offering a price for our car selection, which matched or was below the Patrick Subaru online pricing. We came close to walking out. But again another plus part of the process was that Igor handled it on his own. He was never overruled by a manager. The entire time Igor spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood the many car options & that we were happy with our new car purchase! More
