They have a good selection of used vehicles, good prices, the team members are kind and courteous. Overall, I was pleased with my salesperson and the service I received; however, I encountered an issue with the vehicle that was disappointing. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and specifically service I received; however, I encountered an issue with the vehicle that was disappointing. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and specifically asked the salesperson if it had been smoked in. I was assured that it had not. Unfortunately, upon delivery, it was immediately apparent that the vehicle had been smoked in. While I admit I am quite particular on this matter, the discrepancy between my expectations and the vehicle’s condition was disappointing. Perhaps my smeller and his smeller don't work the same. While I genuinely appreciate the effort put into the overall transaction, I believe this aspect could have been handled with greater transparency. I would recommend more thorough checks or verifications to ensure accurate representations of vehicle conditions for future customers. More
