I have an invoice signed by the general manager that says they will take my car as trade in plus $6500. They also agreed that I drive my current car if the mileage was under 16,000 at the time the new car arrived. Odometer reading 15,690 on May 24, 2022. They called me on May 24, 2022, and told me my new car was in. I took my car and $6500 to the dealership. They said they had to reappraise my car since it had been over 90 days, which was incorrect. Now remember, this is a signed deal from the new car manager and the general manager, saying he "ok'd the deal" in writing. I can submit copy of order and signatures as needed. Upon leaving I told them I would contact the BBB, and Chamber of Commerce. The new car manager said "that's nothing new for them". I called GMC National and Chevrolet consumer complaint centers, requested a copy the order BKGC98, Patriot Chevrolet Buick, GMC Ardmore, OK.
