Not organized, they don't let you test drive or even see the vehicle that you're going to purchase. They rush you into finance and you will sign a bunch of paperwork and the finance department ask you to sa the vehicle that you're going to purchase. When you back out of the deal they will rerun the credit that they ran for days prior which will damage your score for a while. I bought a used truck from them on August 10, 2024, under the assumption that it had undergone a “121-point inspection” and was safe for the road. Unfortunately, that could not be further from the truth. First, I didn’t receive the necessary paperwork to title and register the vehicle for **over a month**, which caused significant inconvenience. But the real issue came when I brought the truck in for a mandatory safety inspection in Missouri, and it **failed due to critical safety issues with the ball joints**—a defect that could have led to a serious accident or even death had I continued driving it. When I contacted the dealership about the failed inspection, I was initially offered **only half** of the repair costs. Given the severity of the defect, this felt like a dismissive response. After pushing for them to take full responsibility for selling me a truck that wasn’t safe, they refused to cover any of the costs and **hung up on me**. This is not the level of customer service, accountability, or integrity you would expect from any dealership, let alone one that claims to inspect its vehicles thoroughly before sale. I trusted this dealership to provide me with a safe, reliable vehicle, but that trust has been completely shattered. To anyone considering buying from Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I would strongly advise **proceeding with extreme caution**.
