I've had a sensor out in one of my tires for a few months now. I've taken it twice to this dealerships shop and I still have a sensor out on my brand new 2022 vehicle. As a veteran, I had high expectations for this dealership. I was disappointed when I showed up for my appointment for a test drive of a 2021 mustang convertible and neither the sales person or th dealership. I was disappointed when I showed up for my appointment for a test drive of a 2021 mustang convertible and neither the sales person or the car were available at my appointment time.. Another sales person assisted and it took 30 minutes to locate the mustang (it was at a repair shop!) Before traveling the 135 miles to see this vehicle, I had asked the sales person if this vehicle had any accidents and why it was priced below market value. He assured me that there were no accidents, and it was a one owner. I decided to take the vehicle for a test drive and found the car fax report in the glove compartment and discovered the vehicle had been involved in an accident and had been repaired. I returned the car and thanked Trey for assisting us and left. More
