THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND THIEFS THEY TOOK MY CAR AND FORCED ME INTO A CAR I DID NOT WANT 32000. I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS CAR BUT I LEFT THE FIRST TIME THEY CALLED ME BACK WITH LIES AND MORE LIES AND HAR FORCED ME INTO A CAR I DID NOT WANT 32000. I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS CAR BUT I LEFT THE FIRST TIME THEY CALLED ME BACK WITH LIES AND MORE LIES AND HARRASSMENT BUT THEY TARGET PEOPLE ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND ARE FORCED TO TAKE WHAT THEY WANT TO SCAM YOU WITH I WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS NEW BUT IT WAS USED NEVER TAGGED I COULD NEVER AFFORD THE TAGGS OR THE PAYMENT SO IT NEVER HAD A TITLE SO THEY HAD TO PUT A PAPER TAG ON IT TWICE AND THEN IT WEN EXPIRED THEY TOLD ME SEANSE I TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE I HAD TO TAKE IT EVERYDAY I WENT BACK ASKING FOR MY EXPLOYER BACK SO I LEFT IT TEARS AND LEAVING THEIR CAR LOT VERY LOUDLY CALLING THE DEVILS AND THIEVES AND LET PEOPLE KNOW THEY WERE BAD BAD PEOPLE AND THEN MY SISTER WAS SCAMMED BY THEM WITH THE HELP OF A CUSTOMER OF THIER CUSTOMERS JUST FOR A PAYMENT ON THIER CAR AS OF TODAY SHE OWES MORE THAN THE CARS WAS TO START HER PAYMENT WERE SUPPOSED TO DECREASE BUT NEVER DID SHE HAS STRUGGLED TO MAK THE PAYMENTS TO THIS DAY BUT THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT BY HER WE WANT AN ATTORNEY TO STOP THEM AND THERE ARE A LOT MORE More

Sales department was very helpful but the service dept was not when I purchased the car it was out of windshield washer fluid and the wipers were bad, I called my sales person and she said she would take was not when I purchased the car it was out of windshield washer fluid and the wipers were bad, I called my sales person and she said she would take care of it, I was there over the weekend had the oil changed I mentioned it to the service writer and he stated that it got taken care of even the service report stated that it got filled well it didnt, and there was also a couple items mentioned that needed to be down that should have been taken care of on a used car inspection since I've only driven the car less than 5k miles More

Purchased a vehicle on December 23rd. It was delivered with an existing oil leak and check engine issue. Brought back for service to remedy the issues and after waiting for almost 2 hours It was delivered with an existing oil leak and check engine issue. Brought back for service to remedy the issues and after waiting for almost 2 hours was told they could not fix it that day. All it is, is a drain plug and N0x sensor! They said they would call to schedule another appointment, but were unsure if they could fix it or if I'd have to take it to Mercedes to fix it. A month later with no response and the vehicle is still leaking oil with the check engine light on. Highly disappointed that I made this purchase with them. More
