Great Sales person and great dealer I am from out of state. I had driven the car and knew what I wanted. I had called every dealer in my city and numerous dealers out of state looking I am from out of state. I had driven the car and knew what I wanted. There were only a few 2019 CRVs, like I wanted, left in the Southeast when I started looking in July. I thought I was going to have to wait for the 2020 models to get what I wanted at a fair and reasonable price. Some dealers were giving me unreasonable prices for the few 2019 models like I wanted. I finally ran across Ms Kari Williams at Patty Peck Honda in Madison Ms. Ms Kari Williams was an outstanding sales person. She knew how to read me. I am a no nonsense no xxxxxx business person. I do not like the games played at some car dealers. I like to purchase the EXACT vehicle I want at a fair and reasonable price in as little time as necessary. Ms Williams immediately gave me a price that I felt was fair and reasonable. She had the vehicle delivered to my house and assisted me with the process of purchasing a car from another state. She has followed up to offer to assist me with any concern I may have. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Ms Williams and the outstanding customer service I received from her.
