New vehicle purchase I just purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot from Patty Peck Honda. I have been thinking about purchasing this vehicle for the past two years. Jason Leonberger I just purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot from Patty Peck Honda. I have been thinking about purchasing this vehicle for the past two years. Jason Leonberger was the salesman that helped me with this purchase. Like I said I have been talking to Jason on and off for two years. All of the correspondence was via email which I really liked. He never bothered me with sales pitches. He would occasionally send me a video with a car he had for sale. I could not pass up the 0.9% financing and the powertrain warranty that Patty Peck was offering. I drove all the way to Ridgeland from Biloxi to make this purchase. I requested ahead of time that all of the paperwork be completed before my arrival and as requested Jason had everything ready for me when I arrived saving me valuable time. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. Thanks Jason! More

Poor salesman/ they apraised aSonata S not Limited. I took my brother to pick up his car that was in for repair. His car wasn't ready. I was looking around outside.A young man on acell phone asked if I was here to see a specifc salesperson. No. He told me he would be right back. He came back still on the phone. Wen he came back the 3rd time I told him I was intrested in a 2018 Ridgeline. I told him I have a Hyundai Sonata.to tradein. He took the key. Then went and got a Ridgeline. Test drove OK. He had a offer to show me. He turned it around to show it to me. He kept it next to him. I couldn't read it. He went down the list this is the price Maybe MSRP. Then add this, this, and this.Not sure what he was adding. I look for what they were offering for my trade in. I finally found it. It was $12000. I told him I wasn't intrested l asked if I could keep the offer. I was told no. I got up to walk. I had to go back in . They still had my keys. He was In managers office. I openedthe door. They said they would be right with me. Salesman came out with key. Manager came out before I left.He gave me a appraisal showing $12000 whosale 17000 retail. I briefly looked at it. I left looked at it later. My car is a Limited . They appraised S model. Maybe $4 to $5 thouand less. The sales person was new. Not very good. My guess is the manager didn't even appraise my car. They probably asked the new salesperson what it looked like. Thay showed my car looked rough. The next day ths salesperson called as follow up. Itold there was no way I would buy a car there. Also they appraised a model S not a Limited model that My car is. THe used car Manager called. Not the one that made the mistake.Bennett Chandler. He wanted to make it right. Offered $18000 for my car. $4000 discount on 2018 Ridgeline. This is a Honda issue. All models are available with Honda sensing. But only available on RTLE Ridgeline. They didn't have one but could get one for me. I thought about it over the weekend & decided to just keep my car. Bennett Chandler did try to make it right. He gave a big a discount he could & top dollar for my car. So my rating for 1st salesperson &manager is 1 star. Now 2nd Rating is for Bennett Chandler 5 stars.*****. I gave a review that day. I received a notice from DealerRater saying PattyPeck responded with a link. I went to link. I didn't find my review in the date range. So I am writing a more elaborate review.
