I had began having car problems with a car that I've had since high school. So my mom and I tried a few places, and ended up at Patty Peck Honda. As soon as I stepped foot on the lot, I was greeted by a nice lady named Jennifer Metcalf who would also become my salesperson. Jennifer was super patient, trustworthy, she listened to me, she wasn't pressuring me, she was quick and efficient, she had clear communication, she was professional, polite, and very attentive. Overall Mrs. Jennifer went above and beyond in helping me. I will never forget her and her sweet spirit and how well she took care of me in purchasing my first car. Mrs. Jennifer will always have a special place in my heart and I will look to her when buying my next vehicle. I would also like to mention the exceptional customer service displayed by Shkyra Smith of the finance department. She also went above and beyond in helping me with the financing of my very first car. She worked diligently and patiently with me, even when things didn't go exactly as planned. She gave me her word that she would figure out something and she did just that. I was only looking for a used car, and Mrs. Shkyra got me a brand new one.
