They then REFUSED TO SEND US OUR DEPOSIT BACK and LIED saying they would mail a check; after calling non stop, they finally claim that they can't mail a check to us and we can dispute it through our bank. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership - not willing to negotiate, STEALING people's money, and LYING. Not what you want in a sales team (we dealt with Cory FYI who was nice and cheery until we asked to negotiate and for our money back then boom - silence and rudeness) or a business - stay away and do your business elsewhere!
