Tore up my car On 10-20-18, went to Honda Patty Peck to get my oil change like normal and on the following Tuesday 10-23-18 my car quit on me. After talking with Hon On 10-20-18, went to Honda Patty Peck to get my oil change like normal and on the following Tuesday 10-23-18 my car quit on me. After talking with Honda Patty Peck according to them it was normal wear and car life. I just didn’t agree, it just didn’t feel right, I had my car taken to another repair shop and they concluded there was not enough oil in my car after the oil change and that’s why my car quit. Now Honda Patty Peck is refusing to taking responsibility for their error and not wanting to fix my car. I have spoken with Bart Baker and the service tech Bernardo la Costa and they still are saying it’s normal wear on my car. I have been a customer of Honda Patty Peck since 2007 and I let them keep up maintenance on my car. Although I have had my doubts with them in the past, I have been okay with Honda Patty Peck but trying and put this on me is wrong and they need to made the repairs to my car. Bernardo even tried to talk me in to trading my car in for a new one - in an attempt to cover up their error. They would not even give me the diagnostic review that I paid for them to run on my car. Despite me repeatly asking for it and Bart even attempted for me to believe that emailed it to me of which I never received despite the fact the Bart had just emailed me the invoice. I just want Honda to repair my car back to what it was. This is my absolute last time I will deal with them because they are not honorable and took advantage of a woman. More

I got to test drive my very first vehicle and I was very excited. After the test drive we got back and had a couple questions and they had the answers. After that we went in to discuss pricing for the vehicle (the deals are amazing). We discussed everything about the vehicle with Ted Buck and James Buck. Desperate for assistance (even AAA had disappointed us), I called Patty Peck Service Department and the most wonderful service advisor answered the phone. Linda Wilkinson was incredibly knowledgeable about what was going on with our Honda van. She advised us we could make it to their dealership and she would help us. It was literally almost closing time, but she gave us detailed directions and a sense of relief, and she was there with a hug and a huge smile when we arrived. Not only did the dealership take care of fixing our van, making sure we stay informed with the repairs, but even allowed us to use a loaner car for the remainder of our trip. Impeccable Service has become almost obsolete, until I met Linda Wilkerson and the Patty Peck Service team. Even sweet, Schelerria Smith, was so kind as we unpacked all of our stuff into the loaner vehicle and patient, as closing time has approached. i would highly recommend Patty Peck Service Center. Doug in service department has a bad attitude Sales are awesome problem comes in after the sale with the service department I have a 2013 Honda Accord brought it in Saturday the 23rd 4 battery che Sales are awesome problem comes in after the sale with the service department I have a 2013 Honda Accord brought it in Saturday the 23rd 4 battery check and oil change Doug came in and told me I needed something else done I told him I did not have the money in the small space in the waiting area of the service department in front of all those people he turns around and says good thing it's just your battery you wouldn't have money to pay for nothing else I felt insulted embarrassed and felt like showing my butt that day but I kept my composure and told him I did not come in for that today there was no reason to embarrass me in front of all the clients it's not his business what I have money to pay for although I am from Jackson I will wait to come through the week or wait until I go to Meridian to Rick Justice Honda to get my car serviced someone really needs to talk to him a bad attitude is unacceptable and makes the company lose customers this was an awful day for me I receive good sales department service no complaints there just do it in service department everyone else was nice Patty Peck you have One Bad Apple in service department. I've been called the service department Tuesday to make a complaint duck answer the phone and still was rude what a missable person..im s oooo SHOCKED More

Plus, they seemed to have wasted valuable time looking for other repair/maintenance tasks that could profit them only. This is probably the main reason for the delay time for requested repairs. First I was told the work only required a day. That turned into a second, that would be ready FIRST thing the next morning. By 10:00, I called because they had not. It seems to me the reason for a lower estimate was to try to make up for it with miscellaneous unrequested repairs. The lower estimate is not always the better one as in this case. I was also told the first day over the phone, there was a rear wheel locked up. It was fine while driving to dealer. Totally Discussed, Ken More
Admitted to being a SCAM Their "Life Time Warranty" on Certified Preowned cars is a scam. An employee finally adminitted it after my 2011 Accord SE sat there for 3 days. I had to replace both CV Axles myself after having the car a year and followed all of the warranty requirements. Now having transmission problems and going to trade it in for a Nissan. Easy to work with I took my 2011 Honda Pilot (which my husband and I bought from Patty Peck) in for servicing and I thought about trading for a 2015 Honda Accord. I wa I took my 2011 Honda Pilot (which my husband and I bought from Patty Peck) in for servicing and I thought about trading for a 2015 Honda Accord. I was unsure, but then I met Kristie. She was so very helpful and nice. She took me for test drives in two different Accords that I asked to see. She explained the differences to me between the two models. After consideration, I decided to trade. Kristie was very patient and not pushy. She got me a great deal and I came home a new Accord owner. I'm a happy customer! More
