Just before going to this dealership I was looking at a Lexus but when I walked into the dealership everyone was standing around talking and for about 15 minutes, then I asked if anyone wanted to sell a car. At the end of waiting for another 15 minutes for them to find a black car with red interior they said they did not have it even though it was on there website, anyway, I told the salesmen at Paul conte what I wanted and I got the car and drove it home about an hour or so later. Thank you so much Paul Conte Cadillac!! Love my car!! More

We held our tounges as we were lied to, smiled as we received terrible service, gritted our teeth as we had to make a second and third and fourth "follow up call". We figured we would have to choose to purchase our vehicle from the "least terrible". The last dealership we visited was Paul Conte. We figured we would get the same "run around" as with the other dealers. Boy were we wrong! Our salesman was Chris Abbatiello. From the first meeting we felt comfortable. He was nice, extraordinarily polite and very likeable. Not a hint of "car salesman sleeze"; he gave it to us straight, was honest throughout the transaction, worked TIRELESSLY to get us exactly what we wanted at the absolute best price. Every phone call we made was answered. Every message we left was returned. Every promise he made was kept. We never felt like we were a bother to him and we were always treated with respect. I would gladly reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Cadillac. Go in, grab a complimentary cup of coffee and ask for Chris. You will be VERY glad you did. We sure were! More

GREAT EXPERIENCE--ALAN HALPERN I visited Paul Conte Cadillac to lease a SRX. The salesperson, Alan Halpern, was very knowledgeable. He clearly explained all features of the car. I was in the process of shopping for the car. I returned, after visiting several other dealerships, and Alan welcomed me back. I told him about my situation. I was in a lease that was ending in a few months. Alan then introduced me to John Mignone, the sales manager. After a discussion, John agreed to purchase my lease and put me in a new SRX. I then was introduced to David Colotti. He handled the contract and offered me an extended warranty. Once again, there was no pressure. He clearly explained the warranty coverage and cost. I declined the warranty. I returned the next day to pick up the new SRX. The delivery was perfect. Alan spent time explaining the CUE system, on star, and all the other features in the car . I had a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership, Allan Halpern, John Mignone, and David Colotti. I will return for service and when the lease is up, I will get a new vehicle from Paul Conte. More
