Extremely disappointing experience. It has been 59 days since I purchased my vehicle, and my trade-in has still not been paid off. I later learned that my trade-in vehicle was sold to another buyer before the lien was cleared, which created serious concerns and unnecessary stress. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the dealership, the issue remains unresolved. This situation has raised questions about the dealership’s business practices and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.

Never in my life have I heard a person waiting a whole week before having their car serviced. When I called always received the "BRUSH OFF", as if they don't care. The best thing I've heard so far was " they didn't service my car because they didn't know what was wrong"; how could you know whats wrong if you didnt look and find the problem. Well in the end it was just motor mounts but as I write this today, it's almost two weeks and still havent gotten my car back.
