My last visit to your service department was an emergency. I was driving an I picked up a screw in my tire. I called service and they told me to come right over even though they were ready to close emergency. I was driving an I picked up a screw in my tire. Worst service I’ve Ever received. Not once but three times. Including when I bought the car and received it with many problems. One would think they would try their hardest to fix the Not once but three times. Including when I bought the car and received it with many problems. One would think they would try their hardest to fix the problems and make a new customer happy, one would be mistaken. My next two times back have been just as bad. No update phone calls or text messages. Problems not fixed after the car being there for 5 days and no loaner car availability unless you can schedule your work two months out. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. More

I told Ryan the tire is making a noise, it could be a nail. Ryan said he checked my tires and nothing was wrong with it.
