I purchased a new 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 in October 2023. I brought the vehicle in for service earlier this month and inquired about purchasing an extended warranty. I was given a quote for 36 mo / 36K of I brought the vehicle in for service earlier this month and inquired about purchasing an extended warranty. I was given a quote for 36 mo / 36K of $1631, 48 mo / 48K of $2104,, 60 mo / 60K $2667 and 72 mo / 72K of $3274. I was told I had until the mileage of 36,126 to make this decision. I called back 1 week later to make the purchase, I am NOT at the 36,126 mileage, but getting very close, and was told that this option is no longer available to me. I escalated my concern to the service manager, the finance manager and one of the owners, Bob Masse. As timing is critical since I am approaching the mileage limit, they promised me a call back next day. It has been 5 days and I cannot get a call back. It seems everyone who is in a position to rectify this is hiding. Paul Masse is CLEARLY playing the waiting game so that my original warranty runs out before they address my concern. This is an unprofessional, unresponsive dealership and should be avoided at all costs. Take the drive to Massachusetts and steer clear of the Masse franchise. They do not care about their customers nor doing what is right. More

From the outset, Tom was honest, upfront and focused more on what my needs were than using old-school pressure tactics to get me to buy a vehicle. In the end, he made the process as easy as buying a cup of coffee and when I pointed that out said “that’s the way it’s supposed to be”. I’d highly recommend visiting Masse and asking for Tom. More
