Too bad you cannot rate 0.0. The service department should be called “sorry we could not reproduce“ department or “I need customer relations classes” department. I’ve brought my truck in at least five times for the same trailer brake issue (I’ve never even towed). Only after have GMC escalate the issue did they “fix it.” Well kinda fixed it. I was told that it I pulled a wire when I removed my dashboard. Funny thing is I never did. Now the same problem is back after their master technicians solved the problem and they want me to wait 10-12 days for an appointment? So done with them. They are super helpful when you are dropping 70 thousand dollars but after that they literally do not give two ducks. Anything involving warranty work they ignore because of the lower hourly rate.

"About as bad as it gets "

Bought a 2017 GMC Sierra new had rust spots all over it took 9 months and three paint jobs later to get gym to buy the truck back told me it was road debris lol got a 2017 gmc all terrain running boards are pealing with 9 k miles mike told me yeah we are not doing anything about that you already got one buy back we are not helping you with that your on your own ... sorry but for a 70 thousand dollar truck that I’s your problem honestly about the worst guy you can deal with he is rude mean and doesn’t care cuz you’ve already spent your money go anywhere else and you’ll be ok call gm in mass and they said bring it in and we will put new ones on no problem again after spending that much money Paul masse is the worst place to get a car or get it worked on the employees are down right rude and don’t care about anything and Matt is a rude pice of work doesn’t surprise me he works for bob masse and acts like he runs the place Richard mcdurmont was the best guy they had and Fred and it’s not surprising they both quit

First we went in looking for a truck for our business and the experience dealing with Richard McDermott was so easy and non-stressful that I went back and purchased an Acadia for myself. As a business woman, I knew I could handle the sale, but I have been treated like the "little missus" at other dealerships. There was no even a hint of this attitude at Paul Massey South. We definitely will be return customers!

Whether you are buying a vehicle or bringing one in for service, the staff at Paul Masse makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. No high pressure sales tactics from Sales or Service. Have purchased 2 vehicles in the past year,one new and one used. The next vehicle will also be from Paul Masse. Thank you Richard,Nick & Justin. This is how a dealership should be.

"Too good to be true."

Very disappointing. Had my Sierra 3 months and I regret buying it. My truck has VIBRATION and SHAKING issues that have not been fixed, even after 4 service visits. Bob Masse has ignored my calls and refused to refund my money. I am not satisfied. It is noted in internet forums that GM has these issues with Sierra/Silverado and other vehicles that have not been addressed. Google it.

"My Visit Sept 1, 2015"

I spent 4 hours waiting to have two tires replaced and my tires balanced! I was told innumerable times that they were almost done and were washing and vacuuming the car. Each 10 minute delay stretched to an hour. Finally one of the reps said (after a 3 hour wait) that they were having trouble with the washing device. They could have skipped the wash and let me leave. The rep also said the tires were about $90 to $100. He wasn't sure. They charged me over $300.I think he should have informed me of the price before installing the tires. I also asked they to recharge my remote ($30). He did not charge me because of a long wait.Thank you. The staff is extremely polite and the lounge is comfortable and well stocked with treats and drinks. I just feel a 4 hour wait was way over board and that they should have been honest about why it was so long of a wait.
