Shuttle service unreliable I scheduled shuttle service for first time for early morning drop off and it is unreliable. DO NOT USE! Website states shuttle starts at 8am, not 7 I scheduled shuttle service for first time for early morning drop off and it is unreliable. DO NOT USE! Website states shuttle starts at 8am, not 7:30am and I got to dealer at 7:55am to drop car. At 8:15am they told me to wait 2 minutes. At 8:20 they said 20 more minutes. I had to take my car back which took them five minutes to retrieve as they lost the keys and I was late to work. Was I treated this way because all I was getting was an oil change? Completely awful. In the interim I got a same day loaner at Morristown BMW today on my lunch break. I got there at 12:57pm and left at 1:07pm with loaner in hand. They knew I was in a bind and helped me. Paul Miller could have but chose not to help, If you want reliable transportation go to Morristown. If you want to go to a place that works at a snails pace go to Paul Miller. More
