They are always friendly and remember to switch my ezPass device even when I forget. Thank you to the guy who did the work on my car. I think his name was Douglas , the video of the inspection had background noise and I am not sure I heard him correctly. Again always detailed info.Thank you gentlemen. Jose Jimenez busy as usual but Never too busy to ask about the family. He is the Absolute Best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. How can we not love everything about this dealership! 💜 David in the Loaner Department is wry knowledgeable when it comes to BMW. I love that I am not always held to getting the same model loaner. The information he shares has been very helpful as I look to work with my phenomenal Sales advisor Carl Hackney. The hands down Star of this visit was the Detailing Team!
