My wife called me from work on March 2,2011 and told me her co worker leased a Honda from Paul Miller Honda on Presidents Day for a price that interested me and with no money down. I went to the dealership her co worker leased a Honda from Paul Miller Honda on Presidents Day for a price that interested me and with no money down. I went to the dealership and was introduced to Joe Kleter. I told Joe exactly what I wanted and the price. He went to the inside office with the offer and came back in a few minutes and said they could do it. I picked out the car, took it for a test drive, gave Joe a deposit, and picked the car up latter that day. Joe took care of the insurance and even made the arrangements for the inspection on the Honda that I was returning. Joe was even able to work all the money down and my last two payments into my monthly payments. The experience was enjoyable, quick and pleasurable. That you Joe Kleter and Paul Miller Honda. More

What a disgrace this place is. First of all, the actual place itself is a xxxx hole. It is filthy and disorganized...but that's just where the problems start: Here's what happened to me: I was driving place itself is a xxxx hole. It is filthy and disorganized...but that's just where the problems start: Here's what happened to me: I was driving nearly 2 hours to look at a pre-owned car -- a 2008 Acura MDX w/ 28k miles. This was perfectly clear to the salesman with whom I was working -- we spoke roughly 10 times on the phone. I was assured numerous times that the car was "mint", "spotless", "in spectacular condition" etc. etc. etc. When I arrived after my 2.5 hour drive, I inspected the MDX only to see at least 20-30 scratches, dings, and scrapes which covered the ENTIRE car. The car had 3 spots where it was obvious touch-up paint was used. The passenger's side of the interior looked as if the previous owner had transported chainsaws. Scratches on the wood trim and the doors were everywhere. Mint? Please... Needless to say, I was not pleased. The sales manager and salesman each acted confused as to the condition of the car. They each walked out and "inspected" the car. Did they not do this when they took it as a trade? Or any other time that the car was on their lot (2 months)? My salesman assured me that they could fix the scratches. Well, guess what? You can't "fix" gouges into a plastic bumper without replacing the bumper. But they weren't willing to do that. In sum, this dealership LIED to me, they wasted my time, and the sales manager wasn't even professional enough or courteous enough to meet with me to discuss the car. I wasted my time, don't waste yours. PS -- I'd also throw in that he faxed me a "nonrefundable" deposit form that stated on the bottom "This is a binding contract -- deposit nonrefundable" -- I should have known right away... More
This place is TERRIBLE. Like other reviews have said, I went in for a simple service on my vehicle & the service girl tried to talk me into spending WAY more money on things that did NOT need to be done. While in the market for a new vehicle, a few models that Honda offered had come to mind. I stopped in at this dealership for some close-up research in a new vehicle, and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, Luis. Luis answered all of my questions truthfully, quickly, and confidently, and was eager for me to test drive a few vehicles to get a better feel for each car. He offered plenty of options in financing and vehicle choices--from new to used, leasing to purchasing. In the end, by personal preference, I had not chosen to purchase a Honda, although I felt that this dealership (Luis especially) had gone out of its way to provide the best in customer service, regardless of the outcome. Thank you, Luis! More
During a recent visit for a routine oil change I was advised that the car needed about $2,700 in repairs. The car has about 26,000 miles and the repairs indicated included 4 new tires, control arm and sway bar bushings, broken transmission mounts, brakes, a drive belt and cabin filter. The car was service some 2,000 miles before and the other Honda dealer did not indicate any of these problems. The car is in excellent condition. Another Honda dealer and an independent garage indicated that thses repairs were not needed. During their inspection it was found that this dealer had disconnected and never reconnected a breather hose from the air clearer to the top of the engine. I believe this dealer is padding repair estimates to generate work that is not needed. The dealership was also slow in responding to my complaint. There was not sense of urgency displayed. More

He allowed us both to drive a model on all types of local roads, explaining all the features of the car. When we picked up the car he spent time reviewing all the on-board features, and he has followed up through email. Buying a car is a big deal for us, so the continued communication with Paul Miller is quite valuable. More

She really listened to wonderful. Laurel Izzi is a wonderful sales person and just what I needed. She was patient and did not pressure me at all. She really listened to what I needed, what I could afford and what my kids wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and really wanted to make sure that all our questions were answered before we left. I went back twice and called her three times before making my decision and she was very patient with me. She made my kids feel so at home and even watched tv with them while I did the finance paperwork. I had a wonderful experience! More
