I wrote this review before and it only pertains to my sales experience. I was totally disappointed with their after-sales service. I went there 4x to get the high speed vibration problem on my new Honda Accord but they could not fix it and claimed on my 4th visit that my complaint could not be duplicated. I went to another Honda dealership and they identified the problem on my very first visit which were flat spots on all 4 tires but requiring me to pay out of pocket about $900.00 which was ridiculous since I bought the car brand new. The 2nd dealer advised me either go to Michelin to see if they will cover warranty which they don't since its flat spot or go back to Paul Miller Honda since they were the one who sold me a brand new car with defective tires. To make the long story short, I dealt with their Gen Manager but he washed their hands and claimed that there is no problem on my brand new car even if the other Honda dealership found flat spots on the tires. You can probably go to Paul Miller Honda for regular oil change maintenance but BEWARE if you have other issues with your car.
