Royal class service !!! Royal class service is what you get when you visit Paul Miller Honda here in NJ. I live in Parsippany and Paul Miller Honda is about 15 miles away. Fo Royal class service is what you get when you visit Paul Miller Honda here in NJ. I live in Parsippany and Paul Miller Honda is about 15 miles away. For the past 5 and half years I have been going to Joyce Honda and all I received at Joyce honda is teh 3rd class service - Most horrible service I received so far. To start off with - I had a 2013 Honda Pilot which had door lock issue and it took 2 and half years for Joyce Honda to figure out the issue. It was a leased car and I returned it back. Then I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot and in just one year leather seating started discoloring, homelink garage door opener would not work, Trims and plastic in the car would start coming off from different places and mainly the oil would leak like crazy. Joyce honda would not fix any of it as for 2 years they could not even duplicate the issue. Finally I spoke to Honda of Manufacturing after writing to the CEO and I was advised to see other deal. At this point I am really glad they suggested me to see other dealer because I was not planning to see anyone else but they asked me to see Paul Miller. So I decided to see Paul Miller and once at the dealer I met Kirk - Service manager. It took him just 10 minutes to look into everything and decided to replace the car seat because it was discolored (which it shouldn't have been) due to defective seat, replaced the homelink as it wasn't really working after he tried himself and changed the side door trim which was coming off. 2 and half yrs at Joyce Honda and just 10 mins at Paul Miller to duplicate it, accept it and fix it. I wish I could have gone there before. More
