We were greeted by Dan Eller who spent several hours with us going over used vs. new vs. lease. Dan was such a gentleman and made the whole car buying experience painless. We are used to keeping our cars for 10+ years so this was not something we planned on doing. Dan helped us pick our new 2018 CRV which I love and am so glad to have. We were so happy with Dan that when my husband's 16 year old Accord needed to be replaced we did not hesitate to go to Paul Miller Honda and especially to Dan to replace it. Dan and Victor did everything to help us with the refund of our extended warranty, registration transfer, etc. on the CRV. I highly recommend them! More

Jose Velasquez is the kindest and most understanding sales person I’ve ever encountered. Granted, I am a return customer (this is my 6th car from Paul Miller Honda) but from the very first lease, I’ve been treated like family there by everyone. The customer service is top notch and Jose made it a point to answer all of my questions (and there were plenty!). Thank you so much for being so courteous, trustworthy and respectful. Non Transparent and Deceptive I recently bought a Car here using the TrueCar app. Not only did I not get the TrueCar price, they charged me sticker. When I signed I should have not I recently bought a Car here using the TrueCar app. Not only did I not get the TrueCar price, they charged me sticker. THEY WILL SELL YOU A DAMAGED CAR I would like to start off by saying that I have never felt more disrespected in my entire life than I was throughout my car buying experience. I went I would like to start off by saying that I have never felt more disrespected in my entire life than I was throughout my car buying experience. I went in to purchase a 2018 Honda Accord. Exavier, the salesperson I spoke to, was very kind and after figuring out the paperwork, I was on my way. Immediately after getting home, I had dinner and then took the car out for a drive. I tested out some of the Honda Sensing features. Specifically I tested the Lane Keep Assist by letting go of the steering wheel at around 55 mph. The car got halfway into the other lane and nothing happened. I also tested out the adaptive cruise control, which also did not work. I took it to Paul Miller Honda over the weekend. I was told that there was a nest that some sort of rodent had built on the engine, and that rodents had chewed up multiple wires under the hood. I was told it costs $1600 to fix rodent damage that supposedly they claimed happened in the one hour period after I drove the car off the lot, and not in the months or weeks that it spent sitting in their parking lot. I then went home with the vehicle as the issue was not resolved. I came back a few days later to speak with a manager about my vehicle in an effort to get set up with a different vehicle because this rodent damage happened at the Paul Miller lot. I was told by Flavia that I needed to talk to a service manager, and that he would be there at 7am the next morning. She also told me that if the issue isn't resolved by the service manager, then I can come speak to her afterwards. I then go in at 7am the next morning, on my 4th visit to Paul Miller after purchasing the car, and he tells me that he cannot do anything about the issue and kept telling me that it did not happen on their lot. I then wait until 9AM to speak with Flavia, who was in a meeting at the time. She told me she would be out in 10-15 minutes. She took 40 minutes, which is fine meetings can run late. But she immediately walked right past us and started attending to other customers, when she knew we had been waiting there for almost an hour at that point, and at the dealership for about 2 and a half hours. She then proceeds to tell us that they do not take responsibility for the rodent damage that happened on their lot. I then speak with the service manager again who tells me the same thing. Eventually, the General Manager comes out and offers to fix the car for free, but I informed him that I just wanted another car because I don't know what other issues could come up with this car if it already had issues the first day. He tells me to see a trade in value for the car, which we do, and at this point I end up speaking with Matt O'Donnell, who spoke to me with such a rude tone, I wish I could attach the video I took to this review. He then proceeds to yell and explain that Paul Miller is not responsible for the damages, and then he says that they are not paying for the damages to the car, when the general manager had told us that they would take care of it. The car ends up there for the weekend, since the general manager did say they would get it repaired at no cost. I then get a call on that Monday (June 18th) saying that Paul Miller will not be fixing my vehicle, and to come pick it up. I then pick the car up and go to a different dealer to get my vehicle repaired. The other dealer also quoted me $1200 to get this fixed and Paul Miller Honda was charging me $1600. The last time I had gone to the dealership, I asked to speak with Matt O'Donnell. Eventually after 20 minutes, he comes out and passes by me and says "xxxx no not this again" and walks away. I cannot believe the amount of disrespect I have felt by this entire situation. Overall, I have wasted countless hours at this dealership and came to no resolution. I will never be purchasing a vehicle from here ever again, and neither will any of my many extended family members who've purchased multiple cars there. More
