I decided to go to Paul Miller Honda David was absolutely amazing. I went to DCH Honda in Paramus first and was not impressed the service I received. I decided to go to Paul Miller Honda based on their inventory for the vehicle I wanted. David greeted me immediately and offered assistance. He never made me feel like he was pushy and took time to go over the numbers I had in mind and didn't try haggling for every last penny like in most dealerships. In the end the offer I made was accepted without the annoying back and forth which I experienced in DCH Honda in Paramus. David did all the little detailed things that make you feel like a VIP customer and by the time I left I felt like he was a friend for years. Isabel who managed the finance portion of the purchase was equally as amazing and I've never felt more comfortable during this process than with her. She didn't push the services but rather she explained them and their benefits but respected my decisions without attitude or making me feel bad like I have experienced in other places. Again I felt like I've known her for years. I really can't think of another car purchase experience that has been even close to comparing to this one. More

He was very courteous and was basically working with me. He explained things to me to help me understand what I'm getting and paying so I don't get blinded. Another awesome person I have to acknowledge is Victor, the Manager. I will admit that my credit isn't great at all. Victor went over my credit without judging me (something I encountered at another dealership). They jointly worked to get me the vehicle I need and we came to an agreement. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, because they make you feel like a human at the end of the day, and not just another dollar sign. Thank you Jean and Vic!!! More
