You will not waste your time coming here. I let David know I want to different dealer that I’m shopping. He never ask me how much they was offering me all he said okay ima give you a deal you won’t turn back on. He came up with some really awesome number. Was to good to be turn I really wanted to see if another dealer could beat that. So I told him ima go to one more dealer and make sure that’s the best offer. Without no pressure, no hesitation he agree all he said was good luck if you need us we are here. I did just that because I really wanted to be sure that was the best deal. Other dealer laugh at me and pressure me on getting there deal which they wasn’t even close to David. I left that dealer and the next day I went back to David he welcome me back with open arms and asked me how it went, I explain and he want to happy how they treated me and told me his gonna take care of me. I wish I would have know how amazing the team on Paul Miller where and would have made that my 1st stop and my last one. Never going to no other deal that’s not Paul Miller especially if David with his amazing help and patient he. I wasn’t a good cookie but he did his best and he was earn my Business and respect not just the day of purchase but for the future coming ahead. I would totally hands down recommend them to everyone to buy a new or use car. The car he helped me with was a 2017 Honda Civic Si. Love it. Once again thank you David Garcia and thank you to the team at Paul Miller there the best. I’m so happy Best Buy ever. 10 stars More
Completely Unethical Dealership Contacted Paul Miller of West Caldwell, via phone. Spoke with salesperson and was able to negotiate a 36 month lease for a new Honda Pilot. Drove an hour to the dealership from my home to sign paperwork. Sat around for 45 minutes waiting for salesperson despite making an appointment ahead of time. Salesperson eventually came over to me only to tell me he forgot the deal we agreed on. No problem, I thought; I showed him his text to me with all the details of the deal. He then went over to the General Sales Manager only to return 10 minutes later and offer me a completely different deal, $50 higher per month. I went over to the General Sales Manager to express my disappointment, but to no avail. He would not honor the deal I had in writing and showed no interest in working things out. Completely unethical dealership. Stay away. More

They credited Flavia with giving them a great deal and ensuring they were happy and had zero regrets. We were pleased to see her when we arrived, and she had David help us get started. He was very helpful, was able to answer all of our questions in great detail and encouraged us to explore all the different options I might be interested in (rather than trying to steer me towards a particular year or model). I ended up getting everything on my wish list without paying for anything I didn't need or want (which happened to be a combination I was told was told would not be available in that year/model by another dealership). Very happy with the commitment to customer service by everyone there! More

Disappointed This was my third and final attempt to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. Yeah I know, why did I keep trying? The dealership is close, I know several people that work there and their Finance web page states they treat all customers with respect and dignity regardless of their credit history. I also had almost a 50% deposit to put down on a used car. I went into the dealership on a Friday at around 930am and left at 130 with nothing but putting a $50 deposit on a car and a promise of a phone call on Monday. Dignity and respect ? Huh Needless to say I did not receive a phone call even after leaving 2 voice mails. So Monday night at 600pm I walked into another Honda dealership and at 900pm drove onto RT22 with my new certified used car. No issues, no hassles and most of all, I left with my dignity in tact. The following day Tuesday I was able to get the finance manager Isabela at Miller Honda. She told me that the car is still at the body shop and should be ready Thursday.. Seriously??? Is that how you do business??? Can’t forget the deposit I put down. That took a month to refund. It is my experience, that if you want to be given the run around, you go to Paul Miller Honda. If you want to buy a Honda, you go to a Honda dealership someplace else. More
