Upon parking my vehicle, Roman was in the parking lot as I arrived. He greeted me in a respectful manner and guided me to his desk willing to assist me without knowing my intentions coming in. I was there to buyout my leased vehicle and without hesitation he helped me get the process done quickly and without any hiccups. Because I was buying out my lease he most likely made nothing off of the ransaction yet he was professional all throughout! Nonetheless, Roman was personable, respectful, and down to earth making my experience at Paul Miller Honda a memorable one. More
Despite repeated communications with Sales Manager Newton Cintron and messages to the General Manager Dave Aspinall, Honda Caldwell has failed to correct an issue which was created by Honda staff (May 2021). Basically Honda asserted that an optional feature (ETCH insurance) was in fact 'not optional' and had to be paid for ($400 + sales tax). According to Cintron, the car came from the factory with the ETCH feature, and therefore had to be paid for. Subsequent visits to another Honda service department led me to find that there was no ETCH feature on my car - this was communicated to PM Honda with a request for a full refund. I am guessing the lack of response is suggesting Paul Miller is hoping I will just go away. There are other options if the dealership continues to choose the 'sticking one's head in the ground and hope she goes away' course. I am still hoping Paul Miller's reputation as a dealership means something and the proper response is forthcoming. Email me anytime; you've got my contact. More

Very arrogant dealer / salesman. After knowing the environment (12/2021), that most dealers in North Jersey are pricing above MSRP, I went in wanting to purchase or putting a deposit on a New 2022 Hon environment (12/2021), that most dealers in North Jersey are pricing above MSRP, I went in wanting to purchase or putting a deposit on a New 2022 Honda CR-v EX-L. I sat down the salesman, I told him what I wanted and proceeded to give me the figures. MSRP + 5k to start with (before tax, doc fees, and erroneous fees). I said I could get it from other dealers for lower, but he said, sorry that is what it is, and said, "You will be back!". I walked out. I proceeded to e-mail dealership (managers, etc) and no response at all. The only e-mails I received from the dealership was automated ones, asking about my experience. I responded, but of course, no further responses Next day I went to another dealer, and they wanted way less. BEWARE of this dealership, they will rob you blind if you don’t price around or do your research!! More
