I caution anyone who purchases a car through them to go over numbers very carefully before signing anything. From my experience, they seem to be fans of bait and switch pricing; I’m only sorry I didn’t realize it before I signed the paperwork. When I asked for clarification on the price discrepancy after the fact, I could not receive a straight answer for my life. Official complaint has been filed with Toyota Corporation, and I’m planning to reach out to the Better Business Bureau as well. More

Ignored at the end not sure why? Ignored at the end and I feel that it was the price of the car they set it too low on the site? I came in and everything was going well with my sales advisor the manager big heavy set guy set me up with Steve Renke. I thought it was Saturday when, I came in and told them I will be back on Monday for the car. I got the cell phone number txt Steve and he said I got the message. I txt him on Saturday and called and left a message and I have not got a txt or a call back. I check the website and the price went from $13, 395 to $14,822. I feel they just made a mistake with the price and then ignored me so that they can change it to the higher number and not sell the car to me. Why has no one contacted me. I am confused. They have an opportunity to call me and explain what happened. At this moment I am pretty upset and wasted my time going there. Maybe god is looking out for me not to buy the car. I don't know. Steve was very nice and professional and for no calls or contact back its really frustrating. More
