Send Help!!!! Let me start off by saying we had made this scheduled routine maintenance check up of my 2017 Toyota Rav. Which should have been 30 minute visit turne Let me start off by saying we had made this scheduled routine maintenance check up of my 2017 Toyota Rav. Which should have been 30 minute visit turned into OVER 3 HOURS!!! And that is only because I went looking for help. My appointment was for 10:30, and I arrived at 10:15 and they took my info and SUPPOSEDLY took my car. Upon arriving the service advisor Sergio tried to sell me a front end alignment. Even before anyone even looked at my car, he said usually at 20 K you need one. And surprise surmise it was not covered. I said No Thank you and that’s where the nightmare began. After the first hour passed and it was nearing the second hour, Sergio said it shouldn’t be too much longer. Hahaha...at the 2 1/2 hour mark I went searching AGAIN FOR HELP. I found Chris another service advisor and he said “I will go look into it and come and tell you” well Chris must have fell into the same black hole my car did because he never returned. I went searching yet again at the 3 hour mark and low and behold there are BOTH Sergio and Chris sitting behind there desk. I said “excuse me it’s been over 3 hours and where is my car” Dumb looks and blank eyes looked back at me. Ten minutes later Sergio the service advisor who initially welcomed me came back and said “oh sorry, we never even looked St your vehicle but we will do it now”....NOW???? Over 3 hours later. 10 minutes later and my car is done (did they even do anything” and I now have a chip on my door. Wth?????? I will never trust this service center again More

Our overall experience with Jim, Luis, and Frank was a pleasant, easy transaction. They were all trying to make us comfortable and happy with our purchase. We left the dealership with a 2016 Toyota Camry. More

He is honest and let's me use coupons to get the best price when it comes to servicing my vechicles. More
Van Purchase We have recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. While discussing sale price sales person Allen Egbert had brought a sale price paper We have recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. While discussing sale price sales person Allen Egbert had brought a sale price paper to the manager... few minutes later manager came back with crumbled sale paper and started with they can not make a sale at such a price and BLAH BLAH. When we were ready to walk out, manager asked us to sit down and told us he had to make a phone call to upper management to get me the price. Since we really liked the car, we ended up purchasing the car. Before leaving the dealership, we had told Allen that we were moving out of state. It is a month later today, we have not received our licence plates and registration. Due to moving hassle we could not rate Allen on his service. Perhaps everything is rating dependent, no one cared to follow up on licence plates and registration. We can not use the vehicle until we have our original licence plates and registration from NJ. To top everything off, vehicle shows maintenance required sign.... Allen kept raving about Paul Miller's service and reputation, don't know how true it is. More
'regular' maintenance visit was WAY ABOVE regular Toyota provides free standard maintenance visits.....NICE. We purchased our 2018 RAV4 in W Caldwell but moved to Manasquan...… I could go locally bu Toyota provides free standard maintenance visits.....NICE. We purchased our 2018 RAV4 in W Caldwell but moved to Manasquan...… I could go locally but the staff at Paul Miller W Caldwell couldn't be more professional, personable and accommodating. Why go anywhere else? Clean waiting room w coffee, newspapers and water makes the short wait easy to take. THANKS More
