15 years of Amazing Service I have been going to this dealership for 15 years. My experience always goes smoothly. My sales person Jim Velsor is very knowledgeable about all Toyota's cars and takes care of me providing excellent service every lease end. Buying/leasing a car can be draining. But going to see Jim is actually fun! Jim makes sure that Toyota honors my commitment to their dealership as a long standing customer. He makes sure I don't have to sit in the dealership for hours but instead gets me out quickly to enjoy my new car. In the past 15 years, I have never been disappointed in my car choice from the Corolla to the Rav and certainly never disappointed with Jim. The service dept always did a great job and communicated the service needs and any problems that I was experiencing with that vehicle. The RAV4 has been maintenance free other than the scheduled maint items. Nevertheless the service dept is friendly and informative about things with our car. I purchased a used Highlander 2 years ago and they have taken good care of that car too. John More
