We met Don looking for a cash for clunkers car about 6 months ago. He made such an impression that when I was looking for a car 6 months later we remembered that we wanted to do business with him. Afterward, I left my garage door opener in my car that I traded in and it became a full dealership effort to get it from the off-site detail shop. I STARTED DEALING WITH "PAUL MOAK HONDA" IN DEC.'05. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY,KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROMPT. First the bad news. The service department. While it is not bad they could be a little quicker to greet arrivals. I have had to go inside and look for someone to check my car in for repair. Also, they have certain mileage service recommendations that are different than what Honda requires. That can be confusing to the customer. Now, the good news. Charlie Waite has been my salesman for many years and I have owned several CRV's and am currently leasing an Accord. I have the utmost confidence that he is being fair about pricing and ALWAYS treats me like the "good" customer I am. That goes a LONG way when I start to consider buying/leasing a new vehicle. More

The employees are personable and professional from the Service Manager who checks you in to the Parts Dept. manager, the cashier and the tech who services your vehicle. The service department informs you if the job will take longer than estimated. Twice I have thought the vehicle needed an alignment. The service tech checked tire wear and test drove the car and reported you don't need an alignment now. More
