(ie....salesman running to sales manager who then runs to store manager e, stupid up selling , not listening to your needs etc.) The efficiency of this purchase was much appreciated. The iPhone of the used automobile world. I found Paul Sevag Motors while doing a search on Carfax. I clicked on a pop up ad for a car fitting the description of my search. I found a first class, well maintained, brand new looking, very low mileage and priced very right jem. I also found a first class used auto dealership in the process. I worked with Philip at first. Phil is very easy going, very informative, and a true pleasure to work with. We also worked with Paul, who fit the same comfort zone as Phil. This place could be well described as the iPhone of used cars. They have impeccable products and an over and above first class honest approach to car sales. It is truly unique. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent used car and the most pleasant car purchasing experience you will find anywhere. First class is putting it mildly for this dealership because it is undoubtedly in a class by itself. So for either a high end luxury car or an every day practical used automobile, do yourself a favor, (really)...and experience the quality difference for yourself of Paul Sevag Motors. They obviously have a lot of pride in the product they deliver. Second, they answered every question openly and I believe honestly. Even when we were getting down to details, Phillip and his father and brother worked as a team and each had different skill sets but they melded well.Even when we were getting down to details, I felt I was getting the whole picture rather than playing all the "well, kinda" games.
