I setup an appointment and dropped my vehicle off at 7:50 am I did get any updates I attempted to use the text option no response I called twice on the first call I was told I would receive a call back I di am I did get any updates I attempted to use the text option no response I called twice on the first call I was told I would receive a call back I didn’t get any updates for over an hour so I called again and was told I would receive a call back I never received any call back I was not updated about my vehicle until after 1:00 which is over 5 hours when I got to the dealership and asked why I was never contacted I was just told you have to tell them when you want your vehicle which doesn’t make any sense I am extremely disappointed More
