I found this Chrysler 300 on the Chrysler web site. It was in transit to Paulding CDJR and had all the options that I was looking for. I contacted the dealer and worked with a salesman named Bruce, but they call him Cat. I live in CT, so working with a dealer in Georgia was a bit concerning. I started negotiating with Cat via texts and came to a verbal agreement pending the car arriving at the dealer. Cat kept me well informed at every step of the way. He sent me pictures of the car as soon as it arrived. Since the car took a few weeks to arrive, one of the factory incentives had expired and therefore the total price increased by $1000. Cat was able to work with his financing team to offset the $1000 loss if I financed with them. I already had a rate with my bank which they were able to match. He text me the new agreement and it was exactly as discussed. Deal done! I asked if he needed a deposit and he assured me that since the financing was approved, he didn’t need a deposit. He sent me a signed sales agreement for the sale. I booked my flight and without asking, Cat offered to pick me and my sister up at the airport saving us the cost of a ride share. We had some great conversation on the 40 minute ride back to the dealership. The car was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived, Cat did an awesome job showing us the car and getting the XM radio registered for us. We completed the paperwork and within about 90 minutes of arriving, we were ready to depart. Cat took some final pictures of us taking delivery and sent them to me shortly after. He also followed up a few times after the sale to make sure everything was OK. I couldn’t ask for anything more from a dealership and Cat was outstanding at every aspect of the sale. I have bought several new cars in the past and this was by far the most enjoyable experience of them all. 5+ Stars. More
