Felt very welcome from the moment I called and spoke with Kaylee (not sure I have her name spelled correctly) Bruce was assigned to me and he was very attentive to my wants and needs in a car. He then also made sure before I left that I was all hooked up to my Bluetooth. Then also, Paulding Dodge is going to tint my windows and he immediately made the appointment for me and then said when I drop car off I could have his car to get back to work!!!! The service advisor greeted me as soon as I pulled in for my appointment. She went over why I was there and verified what I needed. She was knowledgeable and explained costs and expected times. While waiting they verified an axle seal I suspected as leaking was in fact leaking. She also explained it was under warranty and it could be repaired the same day. The tech also wanted to show me a couple of issues from where I had just had a lift kit installed. A brake line was hitting against the coil and shock and needed to be repositioned. Also, the passenger wheel was hitting the sway bar link at full turn. I was only there for an alignment and inspection of an axle seal but knowing my vehicle just had a lift installed he looked it over and took the time to let me know of a couple issues. Both were easily resolved but both could have led to serious issues. This is the kind of tech I want working on my vehicle and why I will bring it back for service here. More
