I love this dealership because, the service is great and the employees are friendly and helpful. The dealership is very clean.I can always count on a hot cut of coffee and a snack. I purchased my Jeep Nov. 6th and was super excited. When I arrived, I was greeted and proceeded to let them know that A specific sales rep was the point of contact due to him reaching out. After purchasing I arrived, I was greeted and proceeded to let them know that A specific sales rep was the point of contact due to him reaching out. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed it was not was not properly maintained and inspected thoroughly. I was told the vehicle was inspected. Once I got in, I pulled down the visors and boom, it’s detached and dangling. The sun visors are not securely latched and I was told the parts would be ordered and I would receive a call from the service manager in the service department. I was also told I would receive a call that following Monday. 1 week went by and no call. Now, It’s at the end of the month and I haven’t heard back from The sales rep nor the service manger. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to consistently reach out to receive any type of notification about a part or anything requiring service to a vehicle I purchased from a “reputable dealer”. It took me physically going to the dealership to get confirmation and a receipt that the part was ordered and I will receive a call. STILL- I have not heard anything back!! It took my boyfriend calling to check on the status- and they could not give a clear cut answer. I work in customer service and i understand being busy and forgetful, but the lack of professionalism and the communication is xxxx poor. I feel like once the sale is completed- customer has their keys- we’re done with them! That’s how that made me feel as a customer. Honestly, I love my truck- but I wouldn’t refer to this dealership!
