I bought a car from a salesman referred to as xx. John or Pope John Paul II. Other salesmen at the dealership hyped him up that takes such good care of his customers. He SWORE the previous owner took real good care of the car. While I was looking in the car, there was dried up candy, clear as day. So that means the detailers either didn't clean the care AT ALL, they don't know their job or they were just lazy that day, I guess! So the car had to be sent BACK to be cleaned. After I drove the car off the lot, the AC wasn't working, the transmission was slipping and there were mysterious tiny bugs in the car. They fixed the AC by putting the freon back in the car and then told me that they were not able to fix the transmission because they didn't have the necessary equipment. I was also told to wait 30 days for my warranty to kick in and that would cover it but I had to take it to a GMC dealership for the repair. They confirmed that the warranty DID NOT, in fact, cover the $350 repair and now the dealership won't cover it because the service was not done with them. YOU TOLD ME TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE EQUIPMENT!!! I went back to the dealership and have been transferred back and forth from sales to service and back again. NO ONE is taking ownership for the issues that I have had with this car and I haven't even made my 1st payment yet!!!! They asked what type of bug is in the car that are crawling on people in the back seat. I AM NOT AN ENTOMOLOGIST!!! They are NOT bugs I brought in the car for sure...like xxx?!?!? I have been getting the runaround for two weeks!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! THEY LIE, PASS BLAME AND JUST LOOKING TO GET OVER ON PEOPLE TO SELL CARS. More
