Take notes. You'll hear something different from the service department everytime. You would think they would use a customer notes system to keep track especially if you are there 3 times in a two week service department everytime. Robert and Vinnie were a God send after all of the frustration. My customer service rating was partially due to them. I would hope that it wasn't because my husband was with me. Would I recommend... barely... need third option. More
