DO NOT TRUST SERVICE DEPARTMENT Dropped off 9/5/2019 - DO NOT TRUST SERVICE DEPARTMENT Dropped off 9/5/2019 - consuming coolant, running hot, Check engine light, engine noise “Fixed” 9/10/2019 -70333 mi DO NOT TRUST SERVICE DEPARTMENT Dropped off 9/5/2019 - consuming coolant, running hot, Check engine light, engine noise “Fixed” 9/10/2019 -70333 miles Dropped off 10/25/2019 - same issue consuming coolant, running hot, Check engine light, engine noise “Fixed” 10/30/2019 - 71104 miles Dropped off 11/16/2019 - SAME ISSUE consuming coolant, running hot, Check engine light, engine noise Called in December- Service tech stated parts would be there the 19th Called end of December- Service tech on vacation, parts unavailable due to recall on EGR cooler Called January 16, 2020- NO ETA ON PARTS Called FCA group USA January 17, 2020 10:46 January 17, 2020 Dealership calls old parts are in truck can be fixed but not recall January 20, 2020- pick up truck, 13 minutes after picking up my truck the check engine light comes on. January 24, 2020- truck back in shop bad nox sensors and bad scr NO PARTS ETA AGAIN Dealership suggests I should trade the truck in offers a pittance for trade value, keeps suggesting it would be too much trouble to sell the truck by itself. February 7, 2020- returned a call from FCA, FCA wanted to know how the truck was running. I said I didn’t have it and haven’t heard anything from the dealership. FCA stated the parts had been at the dealership. They will call and find out what’s going on February 8, 2020- called dealership twice, 50 minutes before closing they call and said they just got the parts and the truck will be ready on Monday February 10, 2020- called dealership 3 hours ago said they would call back. Called FCA they stated truck should have been done today still waiting on call. More

I took delivery of the vehicle on a Sunday and our salesman, Austin, was cool to work with and his fellow Paulding employees all were courteous. Did not get the sense of the normal cut throat salesperson tactics but more of a family feel. Thanks and I would refer this dealership to my friends and family. More

I called in to get a recall taken care of. On the recall letter I received from the state of Georgia. It stated that I would be able to get a free loaner car, I was assure it wouldn’t take long Maybe an hou letter I received from the state of Georgia. It stated that I would be able to get a free loaner car, I was assure it wouldn’t take long Maybe an hour for the repair and that a loaner car was not available. It took over 2 hours for the repair to get done and then once it was done my car sat there for 15 minutes and then I had to take it upon myself to find out why. Needless to say I’m not impressed by the customer service or staff. I am in the market for a new vehicle and I will not bring my business to this dealership. More

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I went for an oil change and tire rotation. The service took 2 hours. They left my oil cap off! I had oil all over my engine and all over everything under the hood. In change and tire rotation. The service took 2 hours. They left my oil cap off! I had oil all over my engine and all over everything under the hood. Inside my Jeep smelled like burnt oil! I had a stain in my drivers seat also. I had to drive 1 hour from work, in the rain, with oil smeared all over my windshield, back to get another oil change. Another hour lost. Then an hour to get home. I had to bring my Jeep back 2 days later for complete detail and rubber piece to to be installed. They broke my antenna off my Jeep! I left and heard it flopping on the roof of my Jeep! They had to order the part. Now I must return to the dealership AGAIN! This is ridiculous! All this drama from a simple oil change and tire rotation. More
