Failed on many fronts - thorough disappointment Unsafe & untrustworthy. T-36 recall & related issues not fixed the 1st time though I specifically asked about PCM & battery I was told they were good to go. Couldn’t even get home which is five miles from dealer & battery lite came on. Attempted to return so called “fixed” vehicle and it died mid-drive in traffic. Apparently my safety was not a concern. I shared that I knew the PCM issue was linked to the alternator recall & that Chrysler would cover it. Even I could find that online but they insisted it was not & attempted to bill me for $1,100 worth of recall related work. Fortunately regional Chrysler managers got involved & set the record straight. It shouldn’t have to go that far. Additionally they would they not honor the coupon I had for non-recall related (10% coupon would have been $60 savings) work because they said there was a ‘hidden’ $50 discount which was ‘better’. I couldn’t see the discount on the invoice nor is 50 better than 60. Listening to others in the waiting room there were stories of ‘I’m back again because they sold the parts they ordered for my repair to someone else’ and a dad on the phone saying ‘baby I’ll get to your birthday part as soon as I can. They say the car is gone but they’ve lost my keys’. With Chrysler’s name on the dealership, Chrysler needs to investigate & realign the management or continue to be associated with individuals who make up in greed what they lack in customer service. I have owned numerous dodge vehicles & visited many dealerships. I will now drive an additional 20 miles to give another company my business. More

No matter what, each service advisor does their best to maintain professionalism and make every customer their top priority. I cannot express my gratitude enough for, once again, exceeding my expectations. The service department understands the customer focused servant leadership approach. With 15 years in the automotive business, I understand the pressure dealers are under. Without the employees, all of them at PCDJR, this business would not do so well. The owner(s), if they don’t on a regular basis, need to commend the PCDJR service group for their hard work and dedication.
