We were going on a trip and had loaded our Durango to only find the lift gate wouldn’t lock. Immediately call Paulding Dodge for help. The set an appointment immediately appointment. Paulding explained that the lock needed replacement. No inventory in warehouse so these arched other dealers and found stock in one across town. The advisor (Stepan) sent someone to pickup the new part accross town. He returned quicker than expected and they repaired my lock in record time. Great job I really appreciate all their efforts.
