Sorry to hear that there's still an issue going on with your Jeep. It is our goal to fix each car that comes through the first time. However, some things can't be predicted, and there are many variables to the stop/start system that if not malfunctioning at the time of repair, we can't repair. The diagnosis fee is standard for the advisor to tell the customer about in the event the customer decides not to repair. So, far you've not paid anything towards the repair of your start/stop system. Your basic limited warranty expired in Dec 2020. Out of Goodwill and the fact you're a valued customer, we've covered both repairs at no cost to you. Your extended warranty does not cover battery-related repairs. We would like to continue to assist you in getting to a fix for your start/stop issue. We know that car problems can be frustrating, and we want to assist in any way we can. You've opted out of our texting tool when the advisor was trying to follow-up with you, so please just come back at your convenience or text "optin" back to the texting number to contact your advisor.
